Highlights:
1. sitting next to Spanish speakers on both flights
2. randomly running into a group of UNC students also going to Quito
3. martin y maria rosa have been so great! they are so kind and patient
4. every word out of my mouth seems to be "si" o "gracias". that´s gonna need some work
5. instead of crickets that churp, they have frogs that click/snap. no puedo dormir!
6. i love it here. this is exactly where i am supposed to be!
T-Hood, you'dabest! I'm going to make it a point to pray for you this semester--I hope God grows you a lot down there!
